Motorpoint Peterborough

My first experience at Motorpoint, the car I'd seen on-line is just what i wanted, I loved the colour and all the write up for it,also low mileage, I'm a Peugeot fan, having driven them for over 30years. The car was not prepared absolutely filthy, there we're so many issues i felt like leaving, but senior salesman Kelvin was very patient with me listened to my moaning and let me view and decide in my own time, he wasn't pushy he said he'd do the best he could with fine scratches, and would have the car thoroughly cleaned, I was there over 5 hours (my own fault for dithering!!) I had a drive and loved the car, transaction completed swiftly, kelvin was so patient, my log book arrived within 4 days amazing service. However I would have given 5 stars but for the fact the arieal was missing, so I've had to purchase one.

Reserved a car over the phone with a friendly salesperson who of course offered to upsell me extras but at no point pushed them on to me. Then went to view and collect the car 2 days later and the experience was incredibly smooth and quick! I’m very happy with the car and feel like I got a good deal on both the total price and the price they gave me for my part exchange.
