How does Same Day Driveaway work
Every car on display at our stores undergoes a comprehensive check, which means that once you’ve completed all the paperwork on our online portal and we’ve given it one final check, your car is available to drive away that day. Don't forget we also provide a quick and easy competitive part-exchange valuation service if you are thinking of trading in your existing car.
Same Day Driveaway FAQs
Same Day Driveaway is designed to be quick and easy – so only a couple of hours from start to finish. Once you've chosen your car and organised payment, it's just a case of completing any necessary paperwork on our online portal and driving away in your new car. While you wait don't forget to take advantage of our complimentary drinks offer from our onsite Café and at the same time enjoy full use of our free WiFi.
It is. Fast tracking an order with lots of companies these days normally comes with a cost. Not at Motorpoint. As long as the car in stock is available for Same Day Driveaway then it's just a case of paying for the vehicle and taking it home. It couldn't be more straightforward.
You will need to have a payment method to purchase the car to take advantage of Same Day Driveaway. If you’re planning on taking advantage of our finance options then you will need to bring your driving licence with you, together with your passport and payment method.
If you'd also like to part exchange your old car, we'll require the V5/Log Book and MOT Certificate plus Spare Keys and a Service History (if available).
If you fancy a test drive that’s no problem, we just require a photo card driving licence with a supporting second proof of identity (either debit card /credit card or passport). If you only have a paper license this is no problem, however we will need so see your passport as photographic ID and paper license before we get you on the road.
