Bank Details

Our bank details are (bank name) Lloyds Bank (sort code) 30-92-59 (account number) 78152060.

The payment reference for payment should be order number and stock number. This will be included on your sales order. Please note that we cannot accept payments in cash or cheque deposited into this account.

Once funds have been received by Motorpoint and allocated to your order you will receive a text confirming receipt and that your vehicle is ready for collection. We will do our best to allocate funds as quickly as possible, but this may take up to 24 hours. Any payment queries can be e-mailed to customer.receipts@motorpoint.co.uk. Please include your order number, stock number, date of payment, your bank account details sent from and payment amount.

In the unlikely event that a refund is required from Motorpoint then refunds will be made by bank transfer by the end of the next business day following the request for refund.

Motorpoint can also accept credit or debit cards on site at point of collection, this process may increase the time that is taken for collection to be completed.

There is no charge for using a debit or credit card.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept; cash, personal cheques, bankers drafts or building society cheques. Please note we are also unable to accept cash if paid into our bank account using the bank details above.
