Went to motorpoint Norwich today. We were guided outside to look at cars at our leisure without any pushy sales people. Found one we liked and were given the keys to have a look inside the car . Decided to have a test drive and liked it enough to buy it, we got a very good deal on part exchange and the sales man Dave was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone at the company were doing all they could to assure at each step. We got the deal done and brought our new car home . Exceptional customer service from everyone involved from start to finish. Highly recommend for a no nonsense purchase of a car.

everything went exceeding well until we went to drive away in our new car & I noticed that the EV battery was flat. I had made a point of requesting a fully charged battery as we had a long drive home & we were assured this would be done. So we had to spend two hours in the showroom waiting for enough charge to get us to a fast charger.
