I like Motorpoint because there is no hard sell. The sales people let you look at the cars, if you see one you would like the keys for they give you the keys and leave you to look at the car on your own.

The experience was amazing! Motorpoint went above & beyond getting the car I purchased over the line. I can’t thank them & Jodie enough. Take a bow all.

Great service from Josh in Oldbury. Fair price on my trade in vehicle I would highly recommend Motorpoint. My son in law and daughter have also bought cars in recent years all with great service..

Excellent service from Charlie Newton ..good help with paperwork ,friendly and understood my needs .Delighted with car and price paid. Would highly recommend..😁

Always an easy and pleasant experience, friendly and engaging staff, no pressure on sales, and nothing ever too much trouble. Frequent customer and will return again.

Great deal smooth pick up.would definitely use again

The staff l dealt with were friendly informative in helping me select the Mazda that l wanted, clearly explaining the finance options available and various extras. The whole process was dealt with in a very professional manner and l would recommend Motorpoint to anyone thinking of purchasing a car.

The service that Nathan and Joe gave was outstanding.

This is a great company to deal with very friendly and helpful thank you once again

The full experience was brilliant and the staff/team were very helpful and friendly

The car sold itself so to speak. However, the customer service was simply outstanding. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was absolutely pleasant and professional, the entire Edinburgh branch, I’d buy a car from any one of them. I would also like to take time out to mention Lewis Threlfall, I think to date, this was my number 1, top customer servi...
