I decided it would be far less hassle to visit the nearest Motorpoint depot (Portsmouth) than it would be to pursue an online auction and then have the hassle of an inspection and negotiation. Very helpful and attentive staff. Wide choice of vehicles. Uncomfortable to view many of the vehicles during rain showers. More should be under cover. Fair price given on trade in vehicle.

They all tried to make the deal work, and kept me up-to-date with what was happening, the staff were friendly helpful. I think if I was offered a drink it would have been better hence the 4 stars.

Apart from the ridiculous hologram rule from black horse which prevented me from having a finance deal and thus prevented me from picking up my car it would have been a five star experience.
