What are nearly new cars?
A nearly new car is, as the name suggests, a car that's almost new – but not quite brand new. While everyone's definition of what counts as 'nearly new' varies slightly, it's not uncommon to find cars that are less than 12 months old advertised as 'nearly new'.
There are several benefits to buying nearly new – chief among which is the fact you're getting a car that still looks, feels and smells like a new model. Despite its freshness, however, you'll often pay thousands of pounds less for a nearly new car than you will for a brand-new model. Since they're usually only a plate or two old, nearly new cars will also have most of their original manufacturer's warranty remaining, giving you extra peace of mind in the event there's a problem.
