What is keyless entry?

Keyless entry is a convenient technology that makes it easier to get into your car. If your car has this feature, all you have to do is have the key fob to your car in your pocket or handbag, and then simply open your car's door as if it was unlocked. Your car will sense that your key is very close and will automatically unlock the doors – you might need to pull the handle a second time to actually open the door after it automatically unlocks. This means you don't need to go hunting through your things to find the car's key, and can open your car even if your hands are full with luggage or wriggling kids.
