What is an excess mileage charge?
An excess mileage charge is added to the end of your PCP or PCH agreement if you exceed the predetermined mileage limit set out in your agreement.
It’s usually expressed as a number of pence per mile – 10p per mile doesn’t sound like much, but it quickly adds up and can end up being hundreds of pounds if you go considerably over your mileage limit.
