What is a digital service record (DSR)?

A digital service record (or DSR) is a modern way of recording every service your car has had at a dealership or garage. Remember when you'd buy a car and be given a paper service book to get stamped? Many brands have ditched those for online records, which you can request print-outs of at your local car dealership. Not all brands have switched to online records though, and it's always worth keeping paper copies of invoices as and when you service your car – just so you can show prospective buyers when you come to sell it.
