What is a trim level?
A trim level is a version of a car model – for example, you can buy a Ford Fiesta in ST-Line trim. Different trim levels have varying levels of equipment, and you'll pay more for a higher trim level with more equipment than for a lower trim level with fewer features.
In the UK, many cars come with a sporty trim level – Audi has S Line, BMW has M Sport and Kia has GT-Line, for example – which provide sharper, racier styling but without the costs associated with a flagship performance model. We'll always make it clear what equipment a certain car's trim level has, so you can ensure it has all the features you're after.
