Really lovely staff. Didn’t pressure sell, listened to my wants and requirements and gave me the best possible cars that would help me with my budget and needs. Through my purchase I dealt with Charlie as was as a young guy and a lady. All were really kind, chatty and made my experience so much better

After 10 years in a work lease scheme I was nervous getting my own car. Megan at Motorpoint Portsmouth Branch was brilliant. Helped me so much and was a lovely lady. She was very informative and supportive and even put up with the excitable behaviour of me and my friend haha. I do hope she gets the promotion, she deserves it. Megan is a real asset to the company and works super hard she was so so busy today but always kept her smile and was very professional and she deserves a glowing review. Great service from start to finish. Megan helped me find the car I was looking for, which was at another branch in Swansea. The car was delivered to the Portsmouth branch very quickly. The viewing and test drive went smoothly with Megan answering amy questions I put to her. Top marks to Motorpoint and especially to megan.

I can highly recommend the Portsmouth location. Although, apparently, one of the smaller locations, it had a good selection of cars. I had been there a week earlier to take my son to collect the car he had purchased. I had been planning to upgrade by trading my two cars for one newer car. I had been sceptical about using a car “supermarket”, but I was so impressed with the set up, and the friendly laid back atmosphere, especially the sales executive, Regan Harrison, who dealt with my son’s transactions,that I decided to do my deal there. Regan managed to find me a great deal on a nearly new car, had it brought down from Burnley branch for a test drive,and did all the boring work with the trade in. All I had to do was test drive the car, agree the price, and wait for him to give me the new car keys. All in all a pleasant experience. Thanks Regan I’ll be back!!
